(There was lengthy discussion as to the , <br /> best time to present this matter at Town Meeting (Fall, Spring or <br /> Special] recognizing the issue of public input for #} <br /> consideration. ) <br /> The vice Chairman questioned the wisdom of submitting an <br /> incomplete Plan at the Town Meeting in October in order to meet a <br /> deadline and further asking the Town for a vote.
