This <br /> Condition outlines a checklist of requirements <br /> building. "Applicant � s needed to commence <br /> Applicant shall construct the condominium units in <br /> three (3) phases, as more specifically described in Exhibit B of <br /> the Phasing Plan. Shall, prior to commencement or construction <br /> within any phase, submit to the Building Inspector and the ' <br /> Planning Board site plan, P <br /> g p , engineered specifications, <br /> architectural renderings and building plans; and shall <br /> specifically describe any proposed revisions to buildinga <br /> footprints, roadways, � <br /> y garages,e s g , architectural. design, building <br /> profiles or common areas within said phase for prior review and <br /> P , <br /> approval by the Building Inspector and the PlanningBoard. <br /> Applicant shall provide n PP , p notice by certified mail to abutters. <br /> The Planning Board may, at its sole and absolute discretion deem • <br /> that the revisions require a formal Modification. The Applicant <br /> icanti <br /> pP i <br /> agrees to file arequisite application and follow the procedures <br /> for a formal Modification i <br /> n such event. In particular, , <br /> Applicant shall calculate and have certified by a registered <br /> g 1, <br /> engineer total square footage of each building footprint, areas <br /> rewired for clearing, n p <br /> umber of units, sire of units and any <br /> deviation for the building footprint as proposed from the �� <br /> locations as shown on the phasing plan. Any change a in size <br /> scale, texture, roof pitch, color of buildings and development <br /> plans on record with the Planningr Department. It is understood <br /> that the Planning Boards review of such revision shall take into <br /> account compatibility, appropriateness of the proposed revisions lv . <br /> with general architectural design and style of existing` <br /> condominium units ' s � g <br /> as the project is originally approved.. " <br /> Mr. Bornstein seemed to appear uncertain as how best to <br /> comply with said Condition. John Kuchinski suggested Applicant <br /> retain a surveyor and engineer to layout buildings, tree <br /> locations, etc. , onto the site plan for PlanningBoard review. <br /> Eric Smith concurred <br /> with Mr. Kuchinski s suggestion. <br /> Bornstein expressed his preference of constructing on <br /> site, and submitting copies of the work to the PlanningBoard. <br /> oa d. <br /> Martine Meij ering inquired how many buildingpermits <br /> Applicant , <br /> pp planned to pull at one time. Mr. Bornstein answered, <br /> two or three, possibly four (14-16 units) at a time. <br /> „ Nall <br /> The Chairman asked the Applicant if he is the owner, to <br /> which Mr. Bornstein answered, "Yes.
