Dennis Balzarini inquired as to whether or not the pool/
tennis court area will be re -planted in this phase. The Town
Planner interjected, under Special Permit conditions, there is a
thirty ( 3 0 ) foot buffer area. requirement. Board members pointed
out the destroyed area for the benefit of Mr. Eldredge (off
Timber Lane). Mr. Eldredge suggested he revise the plan to
reflect the discussed changes, at which point it could be turned
over to a landscape architect for the purpose of re -vegetation.
The Chairman determined the status of lawful ownership in
this matter would have to be verified before the Board would be
able to sign off.
Mr. Eldredge expressed his wish to reconfigure the location
of the garages for presentation/approval of the site layout, in
order to forward it to the landscape architect. He requested a
continuation to the next Meeting for the purpose of review.
The Chairman recognized interested members of the public for
any questions or comments. Fran Doherty and Mary Scanlon were in
attendance. Both ladies asked permission to see the proposed
road changes as discussed; the Chairman and Mr. Eldredge limb,.
g g
indicated where said changes are to be made on the plan.
Mr. Rowley made reference to the sidewalk with respect to `is&,
garages in front of Building #35; he requested the engineer
insure sidewalks will not be obstructed by vehicles located {
in the spaces.
The Chairman entertained a motion regarding Mr. Eldredge's
request for continuation to October 15, 1997.
MOTION: John Kuchinski made a Motion to continue Discussion
of this matter to Wednesday, October 15, 1997, at 7 : 01 p . m. ;
which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted
unanimously. (This matter concluded at 8:00 p.m.)
The Chairman requested Mr. Rowley's presence at the October
15th Meeting.
Mr. Rowley provided a copy of his letter with regard to Old
Colony Estates. He stated he had visited the site this date as
the mix was being put down. The only thing he reported was that
the catch basins had not been uncovered.
The Chairman requested Associate Member, Chance Reikle, be
provided with current Board information necessary to do his job.
The Town Planner said he would compile State Statutes and Board
Regulations for the next Meeting.
-7-
