Mr. Hardmen explained said Plan to be a re-division <br /> of a subdivision approved by the Board, called "Shoestring Bay <br /> Estates" . Said Plan depicts the subdivision known as Shoestring <br /> Bay Estates, in its entirety. Each of the lots have been laid <br /> � y <br /> ►n' out to conform with current zoning, however, the areas do not. <br /> Mr. Hardmen informed the Board of Applicant s intention to <br /> appear before the Board of Appeals in order to obtain <br /> Pp confirmatory variances for each of the lots.
