That being the case, it <br /> is hereby requested that the Board grant a six (6) month extension to January <br /> 17, 2011, in accordance with the provisions of G.L. c 40A§10. <br /> Please'advise if you will require my appearance before the Board in order <br /> to'grant1h s•request. <br />
