Notice was duly given to abutters <br /> and by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition <br /> on April 14, 2010. The Petitioner cited project delays due to economic reasons. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals hereby grants a six-month Extension on <br /> the above-referenced Variance. Dor y <br /> If the rights authorized by a Variance are not exercised within one year of the <br /> date of grant of such Variance, such rights shall lapse; provided,however, that the <br /> permit granting authority in its discretion and upon written application by the grantee of <br /> such rights may extend the time for exercise of such rights for a period not to exceed six <br /> months; and provided, further, that the application for such extension is filed with such <br /> permit granting authority prior to the expiration of such one year period. <br /> This Decision has been duly filed on April 15, 2010 with the Town Clerk <br /> of Mashpee. Any appeals shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A within Twenty days after the date of said filing. <br /> A Certified Copy can be obtained from the Town Cleric after the expiration of the <br /> 20-day Appeal period pursuant to Section 11 of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter <br /> 40A. This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Barnstable County <br /> Registry of Deeds. <br />
