In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on February 13, 2008 to grant a 5.6 foot variance on the sideline and for the parking. Variance is conditioned on plans from entitled"Master Plan Special Permit" dated November 20, 2003 as drawn by Imai Keller Moore Architects;
