Town of Alashpee <br /> 26 Gi at Ni ck Toad JV)i <br /> A1ashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Brad Robinson 628 Main St. Unit B-2 <br /> Owner: Richard Dyer Map 13 Parcel 47.132 <br /> SP-08-56 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 13, 2008 to request a Special <br /> Permit under Section 174-25 G(4)) of the Zoning By-laws to allow for <br /> construction of light cabinetry work on property located in an C-2 zoning <br /> district (Map 13 Parcel 47.132) 628 Main Street, Unit B-2, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee, on November 21, 2008 and November 28, 2008, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at which time the following members of <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert <br /> Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth, William Blaisdell and Jack <br /> Dorsey. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant <br /> to the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and <br /> the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws Richard Dyer, owner of 628 Main <br /> Street, represents the applicant Brad Robinson. Mr. Robinson is seeking a <br /> Special Permit to allow his light <br />
