PROCEDURAL HISTORY AND JURISDICTIONAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. Application for so-called Comprehensive Permit received by the Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals (the `Board") on or about February 28, 2007. The Application <br /> is for 8 single-family homes located on a 2.33 acre site. The Project immediately <br /> abuts and will serve as the second phase of a previously approved 24-unit c. 40B <br /> project known as Main Street Village ("Phase I"). The Application included <br /> project plans as well as a so-called "project eligibility letter" from MassHousing. <br /> 2. The Applicant proposes to be a limited dividend corporation. Accordingly, the <br /> jurisdictional requirements under 760 CMR 31.01(1)(a) will be satisfied upon <br /> compliance with relevant requirements for limited dividend monitoring. <br /> 3. The subsidizing agency is MassHousing. Per a letter from MassHousing, dated <br /> February 15, 2006,project eligibility has been granted under the Housing Starts <br /> and New England Fund ("NEF") programs.
