Mashpee Zoning Peter Merlino 2 <br /> Board of Appeals V-07-45 <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 18 Quaker Run Road and contains <br /> 39,499 square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. while the proposal will increase the non-conforming nature of the structure, <br /> the changes will not result in a structure or use which is more detrimental to <br /> the neighborhood than the prior non-conforming structure and its use. <br /> 2. the immediate neighborhood consists of single-family homes of similar size; <br /> many of which have been improved with additions or reconstruction. <br /> 3. due to the shallow water, an extension of 29 feet is advisable. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on August 8, 2007 <br /> to grant a 29 foot variance.
