FII�TAL VERSION <br /> When the primary building and landscaping are completed in substantial compliance with the <br /> approved plans and specifications,the Neighborhood Architect will issue a Certificate.of <br /> Substantial Completion describing any areas of deficiency that need to be corrected. All <br /> enforcement may be waived so long as the deficiencies are corrected within sixty (60) days. Upon <br /> correction of all deficiencies,the office of the Neighborhood Architect will issue a Certificate of <br /> Completion and release in recordable form. This Certificate of Completion Must be issued and <br /> presented to the Mashpee Building Inspector prior to the request for a formal Certificate of <br /> Occupancy. <br /> Building(s) may be occupied upon receipt of the Certificate of Substantial Completion and <br /> Certificate of Occupancy. The construction deposit(less applicable fees)will be returned upon <br /> receipt of these items. <br /> Any materials submitted at this phase shall also be simultaneously submitted to the Mashpee <br /> Building Inspector and to the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals. The Zoning Board of Appeals, <br /> in consultation with consultants or other local officials,may make comments with respect to said <br /> materials and the Neighborhood Architect shall take such comments into consideration when <br /> reviewing the same. Any such comments by the Zoning Board of Appeals will be limited to <br /> compliance with the Comprehensive Permit and the Code and must be submitted to the <br /> Neighborhood Architect within 30 days of submission of the documents provided at this stage. <br /> 9 <br />
