f. Electric and telecommunication lines shall be installed per plans approved <br /> by the appropriate utility company with a copy of the approved plan being <br /> forwarded to the Board of Appeals. <br /> 8. Landscaping <br /> a. Landscaping for street trees and other plantings within the layout of <br /> streets shall be inspected using approved plans as a guide for location, <br /> size and type of plant materials. <br /> b. Certification as to landscaping methods, plant type, species, sizes, etc <br /> shall be submitted to the Board of Appeals by a landscape professional <br /> as work is completed for each planting season and as phases of the <br /> JobsMhitings Neighborhood are completed. <br /> 9. Street Bounding and Street Signs <br /> a. Each street shall be bounded with-concrete monuments in the locations <br /> shown on the approved plans by a Registered Land Surveyor. Monument <br /> location will be inspected by the Consulting Engineer after receipt of a <br /> letter from the Land Surveyor indicating that monuments have been set. <br /> Monuments not visible at the time of the inspection will be noted and the <br /> monuments shall be brought to proper grade. <br /> b. Street signs will be inspected by the Consulting Engineer after receipt of <br /> notification that the signs are set in place. <br /> 10. Inspection Reports <br /> a. The Consulting Engineer shall keep a record of the dates of his <br /> inspections, the work that is inspected and shall submit a report of his <br /> inspections to the Board of Appeals with a copy to the applicant on a <br /> monthly basis for all work described above. <br /> b. It is anticipated that multiple inspections will be.required for the project <br /> due to the size of the project, the many installations of lines, structures, <br /> utilities, and surfaces. The applicant shall coordinate inspections with the <br /> Consulting Engineer such that inspections can be done in an efficient <br /> manner. <br /> C. Re-inspections of corrected installations shall be done with appropriate <br /> notice but in such time as they can be coordinated with other regular <br /> inspections. <br /> d. The Consulting Engineer shall.make an inspection of the project one day <br /> per month throughout the-life of the-project during periods of active <br /> construction. The Applicant is to inform the Consulting.Engineer at least <br /> 48 hours prior to the commencement (or recommencement of active <br /> construction. The purpose of the inspection shall be: <br /> 1. to confirm overall construction compliance with the approved <br /> plans, <br /> 2. to note progress that has been made since the previous monthly <br /> inspection, <br /> 3. be available to meet with the applicant, the Town of Mashpee <br /> Board of Appeals as deemed necessary, and/or contractors for <br /> the purpose of establishing the next month's work and/or <br /> anticipated inspection schedule. <br /> 4. Review inspection reports, changes in construction, adjustrnents <br /> in construction methods or materials or other relevant matters that <br /> may require approval from the Board of Appeals. <br /> 5. The Consulting Engineer shall file a report of the monthly <br /> inspection with the Board of Appeals with a copy to the applicant. <br /> As-Built Plans <br /> 1. The applicant shall supply as-built plans for all roads, lanes, streets, utilities and <br /> other project infrastructure. <br /> 2. As-built plans shall include at least the following; <br />
