Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on July 28, 2004 to <br /> grant a Variance of 20 feet from the ACEC to allow for construction of a 3-bedroom <br /> dwelling. The Variance is conditioned upon compliance with plans from Cape &Islands <br /> Engineering, dated February 26, 2004,revised March 18, 2004 and revised April 8, 2004 <br /> as prepared for Howard Glaser, File 153 MA along with written comments from John <br /> Slavinslcy dated July 28, 2004. <br /> C <br /> `x <br />
