Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Beverly Plummer <br /> V-04-60 <br /> 2 <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 16 Wilson's Grove Road and contains <br /> 4,500 square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1, a literal enforcement of the By-laws would involve substantial hardship to <br /> the petitioner. <br /> 2. Desirable relief may be granted without substantial detriment to the public <br /> good and without nullifying or substantially derogating from the intent or <br /> purpose of the by-law. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of the following: <br /> ■ A 1,500 square foot land space variance <br /> ■ A 10-foot frontage variance. <br /> ■ An 8-foot front yard setback variance <br /> ■ A 5-foot variance on the northerly side <br /> ■ A 6.5 foot variance on the southerly side <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on April 14, 2004 to grant this to Petitioner. The Special Permit is <br /> conditioned upon compliance with engineering plans from Cape and Islands Engineering, <br /> Plan No. 030204, File No. 125 MA, dated March 2, 2004. <br /> h � <br /> I„ <br />
