Any appeals shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A within twenty days after the date of said filing. This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Registry of Deeds. A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk after the expiration of the 20 -day Appeal period.
