Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Susan Joy SP -03-49 <br />2 Owner of Record: Richard Blanchard <br />• In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br />Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br />duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on March 26, <br />2003 to grant a Special Permit to legalize an existing multi -family dwelling to a single <br />family dwelling with an in-law apartment conditioned on the following: <br />♦ all requests from the building being completed within (60) sixty days of the <br />appeal period from when this decision is filed; <br />♦ compliance with the Board of Health's request for a new Title V soil absorption <br />system to be installed and connected within thirty (30) days from the appeal <br />period of this decision being filed; and <br />♦ plans from Cape & Islands Engineering dated March 5, 2003 as prepared for <br />Susan Joy. <br />
