Mr. Borgeson moved to grant the Variance relief as requested and outlined on <br /> pages 7 and 8 of these Minutes and in the Willowbend draft dated 2/27/02. Mr. Brem <br /> if <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> � � I <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Regan brought up the recent correspondence received from Town Administrator <br /> Joyce Mason concerning the illegally constructed walkway located at 11 Bay Road, <br /> which is owned by George and Elizabeth A. Benway III. Building Commissioner <br /> Wheeler confirmed that he has sent a letter to the owners requesting that they remove the <br /> walkway or file for a building permit. <br /> Mr. Regan also referred to the Planning Department memo concerning the Quashnet <br /> Valley parking lot problem. Building Commissioner Wheeler said that he is aware of the <br /> problem. Mr. Regan expressed concern that the ZBA would be burdened with internal <br /> conflicts of condominium complexes that are not within the ZBA jurisdiction. <br /> Mr. Regan asked Mr. Wheeler about what was going on with the new Half Tide Marina, <br /> that is now Bosun Marine. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Accept Minutes of January 23, 2002. <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moved to accept the Minutes of January 23, 2002.
