Owner of record: Richard J. Dyer, Trustee. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 9 and August 16, <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> i <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 28, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan, III, Edward M. Govoni <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> II I a <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the j <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. j <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Robert Condon represented the Petitioner, Gateway Christian <br /> Center, and requested permission to erect signage on the subject property. The subject <br /> property is being leased from Mr. Richard Dyer, Trustee, We B Cheap Realty Trust. <br /> Board Member Robert G. Nelson quoted from Section 174-55 of the Zoning By-laws, <br /> which states: "Building signs are allowed up to 10% of the aggregate square footage of <br /> the front wall area". The proposed sign that would be attached to the building is within <br /> the allowed 10% of the aggregate square feet of the front of the building. Mr. Govoni j <br /> remarked that the By-laws allow for installation of the proposed other free-standing sign <br /> on the subject property. The Board reviewed the submitted photos of the subject property I I' <br /> and the proposed signage. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> I <br /> II <br />
