ISI <br /> Mashpee Zoning Gateway Christian Center V-02-85 2 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 628 Main Street and consists of 2.03 <br /> acres of land. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CRITERIA <br /> § 174-51.13. Plans, specifications and permits. <br /> New signs. A new sign shall not hereafter be erected, constructed, altered or maintained ! II <br /> except as herein provided and until after a permit has been issued by the Building <br /> � I <br /> Inspector and the bond, if required, shall have been filed in accordance with § 174-57. <br /> Pre-existing permitting signs may continue, all other signs must be permitted as required <br /> by law. All signs over six (6) square feet shall require review and comment by the <br /> Design Review Committee prior to the issuance of a permit for said sign by the Building <br /> Inspector. All signs exceeding twenty(20) square feet require a special permit from the <br /> Board of Appeals, in accordance with Article VI. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS j <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. the proposed signage is within the allowed 10% of the aggregate square <br /> footage of the front wall area. I <br /> 2. the By-laws allow for installation of one free-standing sign per property. L <br /> I <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on August 28, f <br /> 2002 to grant a Variance of 8 square feet to allow for installation of the proposed free <br /> standing sign.
