All concerned abutters exit the <br /> meeting and sign a petition. <br /> Hearing on October 23, 2002. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane and Mr. Matthew Eddy, Engineer from Baxter,Nye & <br /> Holmgren, Inc. opened for the petitioner, James H. Crocker, Jr. Mr. Kirrane again <br /> reviewed with the Board their request to have Mr. Crocker explore the possibility of a <br /> curb cut on Route 28 to have the public access the proposed building in that manner <br /> rather than Sampsons Mill Road where some many abutters complained of the speed and !I <br /> volume of traffic. The state will consider an access along Route 28 and the Planningilk <br /> Board has also approved Mr. Crocker's current plan to enter along Route 28 as well. Mr. <br /> ! <br /> Kirrane makes note that at some point, they may need further relief from the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals regarding these curb cuts due to certain degrees of separation between !I <br /> access points along Route 28. He requests an opportunity to move forward with this <br /> i' <br /> project and requests Special Permit relief conditioned upon their pursuing additional <br /> relief relative to locating the proposed access way in its current location. Truck traffic <br /> will be prohibited from the Sampsons Mill entrance. Also a sign stating "all trucks must <br /> enter and exit via Route 28 entrance" will be installed on the property as well. There is <br /> also a new landscaping plan that has been signed and agreed to between all parties.
