Clarke Hill, Heather Hill 50 Popponesset Island Road Map 106 Parcel 24 SP-02-132 A Petition was filed on October 3, 2002 by L. Clark Hill and Heather Hill to modify the Special Permit(SP-98-01) granted by the Board of Appeals in 1989 in order to attach the two existing structures on the lot so as to create a single structure with attached garage and room above. The Board has determined that the structure currently in the process of being attached is not substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood and is therefore granting the Modification of a Special Permit. The Modification of the Special Permit will allow both structures to be connected since they tll are less than 20 feet apart and will be done on property located in an R-3 zoning district j at 50 Popponesset Island Road(Map 106 Parcel 24) Mashpee, MA. Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a ! { newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 9 and August 16, k i 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
