Clarke Hill, Heather Hill 50 Popponesset Island Road <br /> Map 106 Parcel 24 <br /> SP-02-132 <br /> A Petition was filed on October 3, 2002 by L. Clark Hill and Heather Hill to <br /> modify the Special Permit(SP-98-01) granted by the Board of Appeals in 1989 in order <br /> to attach the two existing structures on the lot so as to create a single structure with <br /> attached garage and room above. The Board has determined that the structure currently <br /> in the process of being attached is not substantially more detrimental to the <br /> neighborhood and is therefore granting the Modification of a Special Permit. The <br /> Modification of the Special Permit will allow both structures to be connected since they <br /> tll <br /> are less than 20 feet apart and will be done on property located in an R-3 zoning district j <br /> at 50 Popponesset Island Road(Map 106 Parcel 24) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a ! { <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 9 and August 16, k <br /> i <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearinwas held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 28th , 2002, Wednesday, September 25th, Wednesday October 23rd E j <br /> 2002, and finally Wednesday, December 18, 2002 at which time the following members <br /> of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Sitting: James E. j <br /> Regan, III, Robert Nelson and Frederick Borgeson. j a <br /> Iqi <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the I <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A and the Town of Mashpee �! <br /> Zoning By-laws. t „V I <br />
