11. Construction of the storm water management system shall not commence until the <br /> Board's engineer has forwarded written approval of the system design to the <br /> Board of Appeals. <br /> 12. Nothing in this decision shall constitute an approval for a connection to a public <br /> water source. <br /> 13. As security for completion of the infrastructure shown on the Plans, as <br /> conditioned hereby, including but not limited to the roadway, and drainage <br /> facilities, and utilities (collectively the "Infrastructure"), the release of occupancy <br /> permits for all housing units and the sale of all housing units in the development <br /> shall be subject to the following restrictions: <br /> a. No occupancy permit for a unit in any building shall be issued, and no sale ! <br /> of any unit shall be permitted until: (1)the base and binder course for the <br /> entire roadway shown on the Plans has been installed; and (2) all !' <br /> Infrastructure as shown on the final Plans, as approved by the Board's !' <br /> engineer has been constructed or installed so as to adequately serve said !' <br /> building. <br /> b. No occupancy permits shall be issued until the Applicant complies with <br /> any other requirements or specifications that are reasonably required by <br /> the Board's engineer after review of the final construction plans. j <br /> C. Any and all inspections of the infrastructure by the Board's engineer shall <br /> be in accordance the rules and regulations of the Mashpee Planning Board. <br /> 14. During construction, the Applicant shall maintain all feasible and reasonable <br /> means of dust control and shall collect all debris on a daily basis. No construction <br /> may occur on Sundays or on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor <br /> Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas. No construction may begin before 7:00 a.m. <br /> nor continue past 6:00 p.m. <br /> 15. Final construction plans shall be submitted for review and approval by both the <br /> Board's engineer and any local official whose approval is necessary prior to the <br /> commencement of construction. <br /> 16. Unless and until the roads are accepted as public ways, snow and ice removal <br /> shall be the responsibility of the owners of the development. Snow and ice <br /> removal shall be undertaken as soon as is practicable after snowfall and shall not <br /> impede or obstruct the roadway and driveways or the sight lines thereon. <br /> Accumulated ice on the roadway, driveways and parking lots shall be promptly <br /> removed or sanded such that vehicles may pass safely, No sodium-based de-icers <br /> shall be permitted. f iii <br /> 17. The Applicant shall, to the maximum extent feasible, maintain as many of the I <br /> existing trees as possible, including, with particularity a certain large catalpa tree 4 j <br /> located adjacent to the drainage easement on Lot 12. <br /> 6 <br />
