The Board granted the Special f <br /> Permit to the Petitioner to be placed on property located in a C-2 zoning district at <br /> Simons Road(Map 54 Parcel 76) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 1 and November <br /> 8, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> l <br /> Wednesday, November 13, 2002 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Frederick t <br /> Borgeson and Marshall Brem. ; <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> J <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Peter Dimetrio is representing Plymouth Sign Co.; Owner of Record is Trinity <br /> Place. Mr. Nelson indicates that the correct section that thepetitioner is seeking relief <br /> from should be 174-51B. He informs Mr. Dimetrio that he must bear in mind this section <br /> has been changed to reflect an industrial district. Mr. Dimetrio is seeking relief to erect a <br /> ' I <br />
