Pelczarski &Deborah L. Lapham V-00-3 24 Tobisset Street <br /> �r <br /> Map 37 Block 123 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 9, 1999 by Bruce A. Pelczarski and Deborah <br /> L. Lapham of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to vary the sideline setback requirements to allow for additions of an attached <br /> garage and sunroom to an existing home on property located in an R-5 zoning district at <br /> 24 Tobisset Street(Map 37 Block 123)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 24 and <br /> December 31, 1999, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> r= Wednesday, January 12, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward Mr. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Dan Prunty of Canterbury Builders represented the applicants and submitted <br /> photos of the existing home. He stated that the proposed addition of a sunroom and a <br /> garage to the existing home would helpmeet the needs of the applicants' growing family. <br /> Mr. Prunty stated that approximately 550 square feet would be added to the existing 1800 <br /> square foot home and that no extra bedrooms are proposed. No Variance relief from the <br /> front or rear setback requirements is needed. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
