V-98-23 22 Falmouth Road Map 55 Block 8 On October 13, 1999, Merry Meadow Enterprises, Inc. filed a Petition for a Minor Modification to the above-referenced Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on October 13, 1999 to grant the Minor Modification to the Variance V-98-23. The Minor Modification encompasses the following revisions: 1. extend left side of building(cooler) four feet further toward front of building. a. pour 3-foot footing and pad for cooler space. 2. relocate front door to center of building. u a. install a 7-foot x 8-foot handicap ramp for front door entrance. 3. move window on left side of building to area of relocated door. a. retrim new door and windows. 4. refinish front of building with T-11 and paint to match existing color of building. a. refinish front of cooler with T-11 and paint to match existing color of building. 5. install three ramps for handicap access inside of building. 6. add mansard roof to cooler storage. 7. no structural change proposed for inside of building. On January 5, 2000, Merry Meadow Enterprises, Inc. filed a request for a Modification to the above-referenced Variance. The applicant desires to add storage space and to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing look to the exterior of the building. i! Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on January 12, 2000 to grant the Modification.
