Soliz for an Appeal <br /> under Section 6 Chapter 40A of the Building Commissioner's Decision for permission to 'h <br /> increase from seasonal operation to year-round operation of a motor lodge, La Plaza Del <br /> Sol Motel, on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 66, 72 and 78 Main Street <br /> Ma 47 Blocks 8 9 10 Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Map ) p (Owner: Chester P. &Barbara B. Soliz, i <br /> Trustees, Soliz Realty Trust.) <br /> At the Public Hearings on December 8, 1999,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously to continue the petition until January 26, 2000 to allow the applicant an <br /> opportunity to modify the Appeal and to seek legal counsel. <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals received correspondence dated December 31, 1999 <br /> from Attorney William E. Crowell, Jr. on behalf of Chester P. Soliz. Attorney Crowell <br /> requested withdrawal without prejudice of Appeal, A-99-111, on property located at 66, <br /> 72, 78 Main Street, La Plaza Del Sol Motel. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously to grant the request to withdraw without prejudice the Petition for an <br /> Appeal,A-99-111. <br /> i <br /> I <br /> IN FAVOR �- <br /> h T FAVOR <br /> IN FAVORS <br /> OS :I I WV i NVC 00 <br />
