Soliz, i <br /> Trustees, Soliz Realty Trust.) <br /> At the Public Hearings on December 8, 1999,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously to continue the petition until January 26, 2000 to allow the applicant an <br /> opportunity to modify the Appeal and to seek legal counsel. <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals received correspondence dated December 31, 1999 <br /> from Attorney William E. Crowell, Jr. on behalf of Chester P. Soliz.
