SP-00-4 486 Old Barnstable Road <br /> Map 73 Block 47 <br /> 1. <br /> A Petition was filed on November 9, 2000 by Boston-Wyman, Inc. of Hyannis, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.E.2 and 174-25.H.6 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a restaurant with accessory drive-through <br /> window and playground on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 486 Old <br /> Barnstable Road(Map 73 Block 47)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Shellback Way <br /> Realty Trust.) <br /> A letter dated December 29, 1999 from Attorney Kevin M. Kirrane on behalf of <br /> the applicant requested a continuance of the Application for a Special Permit, SP-00-4, <br /> until February 2,000. <br /> At the Public Hearings on January 12, 2000,the Board voted unanimously to <br /> continue the Application for a Special Permit until March 8, 2000 to allow the applicant <br /> an opportunity to complete the Design Review process. <br /> The Board received a letter dated February 1, 2000 from Attorney Kevin M. <br /> Kirrane on behalf of the applicant requesting a Withdrawal of the Application for a <br /> Special Permit. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on February 9, 2000 to accept the Withdrawal of the above-referenced <br /> Application for a Special Permit. �. <br /> I <br /> IN FAVOR: - <br /> IN FAVOR: G-^ <br /> C7 <br /> IN FAVOP °01 ��� � � 83100 <br />
