Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> I <br /> Mash - <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. i !, <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicants <br /> I <br /> and stated that the subject lot was developed in 1912. The existing structure will be <br /> demolished and a new home will be constructed on the property.
