Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> ee <br /> newspaper a of general circulation in the Town of Mash <br /> P p g p , on February 4 and February <br /> 11, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 23, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> I <br /> Mash - <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. i !, <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicants <br /> I <br /> and stated that the subject lot was developed in 1912. The existing structure will be <br /> demolished and a new home will be constructed on the property. The septic system <br /> that was upgraded in 1995 will be replaced with a new denitrification septic system. <br /> I <br /> The Conservation rvation C <br /> ommission has approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> I. that the subject property is located at 202 Monomoscoy Road and consists of 4 <br /> 26,546 square feet. <br /> I <br />
