Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 4 and February jl l <br /> 11,2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Wayne Tavares faxed a request for continuance of the hearing until March 8, <br /> 2000 to allow him an opportunity to revise the plans. At the February 23, 2000 meeting, j ! <br /> the Board voted to grant a continuance of the hearing until March 8, 2000. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were resent and actin throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Richard T. Guerrera <br /> pp P g <br /> 1 <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. 1 <br /> Mr. Wayne Tavares, Tavares Land Design, represented the applicants and stated ' <br /> that abutters and the New Seabury Corporation have been contacted regarding the I '! <br /> project. The New Seabury Architectural Design Review committee is in the process of <br /> reviewing the proposal. The Conservation Commission has approved the project. �I <br /> Mr. Tavares said that due to the close proximity to Great River and the shape and <br /> size of the lot,the pool can only be located in one particular corner of the lot. <br /> ' I <br /> i <br /> i <br />
