Owner of record: K C Realty Trust. �I <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a j <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 23 and June 30, 2000, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 12, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board j <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the I' <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the Petitioner and ''II <br /> stated that the Harbormaster designated the location of the pier, ramp and float. The <br /> Conservation Commission has also approved the project. <br /> At the Public Hearings on April 26, 2000,the Board voted unanimously to grant i <br /> the Petitioner a Special Permit(SP-00-79)to allow for demolition of an existing dwelling jl <br /> II ' <br /> and garage and a Variance (V-00-78)to vary the setback requirements to the water and <br /> wetlands to allow for construction of a single-family home on the above-referenced <br /> property.
