Nominee Trust. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> I � <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 21 and July 28, 2000, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. j <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 9, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> i <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of f <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> �I <br /> Architect Walter Yarosh, Engineer David Sanicki and Bosun's Marine owner <br /> Timothy Leedham represented the Petition. Mr. Sanicki submitted photos of the subject <br /> property and the existing building. He stated that the existing front of the building would <br /> be reconstructed to accommodate the 80' x 83' addition. Service and repair would be !�' <br /> performed in the rear of the addition and boats would be displayed in the front of the <br /> addition. There is adequate parking on the subject property. <br /> The Board of Health has approved the proposal. <br /> Mr. Govoni confirmed that the Design Review Committee has reviewed and <br /> approved the proposal. <br />
