No <br /> comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 100 Falmouth Road and consists of <br /> 36,963 square feet. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CRITERIA <br /> Per Section 9 of Chapter 40A and Section 174-24C of the Mashpee Zoning I <br /> By-law, the Board determined the following: <br /> Ii <br /> 1. that the proposed use and development are consistent with applicable law, rules <br /> I <br /> and regulations. <br /> 2. that there will be no adverse effect on public health or safety. <br /> 3. that there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created as a <br /> result of the proposal. <br /> I� <br /> 4. that there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors <br /> listed in Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> I� <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> � <br /> P , <br /> duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on August 9, <br /> 2000 to grant a Special Permit. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with <br /> the following: <br /> 1. Cape & Islands Engineering plan entitled"Site Plan Located in Mashpee—Mass., <br /> Prepared for Bosun's Marine, Plan No. 052500, Date: May 25, 2000, Rev: <br /> 6/30/00". <br /> 2. Yarosh Associates, Inc. plan entitled"Proposed Building for Bosun's Marine, 100 <br /> Falmouth Road, Mashpee, Mass., Plan No. 955, Date: 6/00". <br />
