Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on August 23, <br /> 2000 to grant a Special Permit to allow for demolition of the existing dwelling and <br /> construction of a single-family home on property located at 66 Spoondrift Way. The <br /> Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with the following <br /> 1.
