Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 3 and i{ <br /> III I <br /> November 10, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. l <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,November 22, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> 1f <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G.Nelson, Richard T. <br /> Guerrera and Zella E. Elizenberry. �Ilj <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. I <br /> Mr. Moe Casanelli represented the Petition and stated that the proposed addition <br /> would be well under the allowed 30% lot coverage in a cluster subdivision. <br /> � I <br /> Mr. Leo McCabe, Vice President of Seabrook Meadows Association, submitted a l <br /> Petition signed by 18 neighbors in opposition to the request for a Variance.Mr. McCabe <br /> said that the homeowners purchased their lots because the restrictive covenants would <br /> guarantee and protect open space and that granting the Variance would create a"bad <br /> precedent" for the remaining undeveloped lots in the neighborhood. <br /> ' 'II <br /> The Board voted unanimously to continue the Petition until December 13, 2000 to !
