Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, fl <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 3 and <br /> November 10, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> ,I A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> t <br /> Wednesday, November 22, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> f <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. I <br /> Nelson and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. and Mrs. East represented the Petition and stated that they have made changes j <br /> to the plan granted by the Board on June 14, 2000 in Variance, V-00-126. The changes <br /> include the addition of a front porch and an outdoor shower to the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> VARIANCE CRITERIA jl <br /> Section 10 of Chapter 40A requires that the permit granting authority determine <br /> that there are circumstances relating to the shape and topography which affect this lot and <br /> i�I,il j I <br /> not the district in which it is located and that a literal enforcement of the By-laws would j <br /> involve hardship to the petitioner. j <br />
