I honestly <br /> believe I have been treated improperly and unfairly by the Town of <br /> Mashpee in not being allowed to be heard by the Board of Appeals. <br /> 23. I ask this Honorable Court to stop construction now by the issuances of a <br /> I <br /> Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction so I can be f <br /> I <br /> I ' <br /> heard. If Defendant Hatcher is allowed to complete construction before I <br /> have the opportunity to contest notice and then contest the granting of the <br /> original variance, Defendant Hatcher will have accomplished what he set <br /> h <br /> out to do (construct building with garage and second floor), the Mashpee <br /> Board of Appeals will not have to answer my claim of improper notice <br /> and will not have the opportunity to review the issue of the second floor; <br /> and the injury to my family and the Elliot Road summer residence I <br /> neighborhood will be great. <br /> i <br /> k <br /> I <br />
