Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 24 and <br /> December 1, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 10, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. This Petition was continued from the December 13, 2000 Public <br /> Hearings to allow the Petitioner an opportunity to receive Design Review and Technical <br /> Review approval. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the >r <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin M. Kirrane represented the Petition and stated that the proposal <br /> calls for removal of the existing, dilapidated building and construction of a"state of the <br /> art" facility with a gasoline pump island beneath a canopy,three service bays and an <br /> office/waiting room area.
