Stolba—Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> to vary the front setback requirements to allow for construction of a single-family home <br /> on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 37 Cappawack Road(Map 72 Block 35) 1 <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> II i <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. III' <br /> Mr.David Sanicki represented the Petition and stated that the request is for issuance of a <br /> Variance previously granted by the Board that has lapsed. Mr. Sanicki stated that the j <br /> plans have been slightly revised. The Conservation Commission has issued an Order of <br /> I <br /> Conditions on the project. <br /> Mr. Stolba stated that he thought that the Variance was effective for two years and that it <br /> lapsed just a month ago. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. li <br /> l; <br /> Mr. Brem moved to grant the Variance, subject to the same findings as V-00-6. Mr. <br /> Borgeson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Uldis Ozolins—Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for j <br /> permission to vary the side setback requirements to allow for partial replacement of an <br /> existing deck with construction of a dining room on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 23 Jeep Place (Map 118 Block I11)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James E.
