Woods, Jr., a direct abutter at 24 Elliot ! <br /> Road, in opposition to the project. <br /> The Board voted unanimously to continue the Petition until May 23, 2001 to allow <br /> the Petitioner an opportunity to submit the following to the Board: <br /> • letters from abutters in approval of the proposal. <br /> • a plan showing the location of the septic system. <br /> • a plan showing the exact lot coverage with the proposal. <br /> The Board received a fax dated May 8, 2001 from Mr. Ozolins requesting a <br /> Withdrawal Without Prejudice of the above-referenced Petition,V-01-39. I <br /> I <br /> At the Public Hearings on May 23, 2001,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously to Deny Without Prejudice the Petition for a Variance. The Board reserves <br /> the right and has the authority to Deny any future requests for a Special Permit or <br /> Variance relief on property located at 23 Jeep Place until all Zoning violations of the <br /> existing home at 23 Jeep Place have been resolved. <br /> ,i <br /> fig <br />
