SP-01-37 650 Falmouth Road ! <br /> Map 81 Block 4 <br /> I� <br /> A Petition was filed on March 16, 2001 by Salrama, Inc. of Lancaster, <br /> I <br /> Massachusetts for a Renewal of the Modification to the Special Permit, SP-95-32, <br /> C II <br /> to allow canopies and tent covers to remain overnight on property located in a C-1 <br /> zoning district at 650 Falmouth Road(Map 81 Block 4)Mashpee,MA. Owner of <br /> record: Mashpee Investors, LLC. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 23 and March 30, <br /> 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 11, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III,Robert G.Nelson and <br /> Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> ii <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of f <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Messrs. Marrama and Salvi represented the Petition. Mr. Salvi urged the Board <br /> members to call him with any complaints during the year. <br /> Most of the Board members agreed that the Petitioner had made great efforts to I <br /> maintain the subject property in a neat manner and had done a good job operating the flea ! <br /> market last year. <br /> No comment ` <br /> s were received from abutters. j <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on April 11, 2001 to grant the Renewal of the Modification to a Special <br /> ( I <br /> Permit for the season of 2001.
