SP-01-37 2 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Permit is expressly conditioned upon compliance with the limitations and conditions <br /> imposed herein and as follows: <br /> 1. that the Petitioner must comply with the existing conditions of the Special Permit <br /> SP-95-32 and all modifications made thereto, <br /> 2. that the rusted poles on the subject property shall be taken care of. <br /> 3. that the tent covers shall not be left flapping in the wind. l <br /> 4. that trash shall be removed on a daily basis. <br /> 5. that the dead trees shall be removed. <br /> 6. that the broken gate shall be repaired immediately. . <br /> ; <br /> 7. that the renewal of the Modification to a Special Permit expires on October 31, 2001. <br /> that the Town shall retain <br /> 8. the Petitioner's $5,000 Performance Security <br /> until the end <br /> of the Petitioner's lease of the subject property to guarantee: w <br /> that the subject property is kept in a neat and clean manner, including final <br /> cleanup at the end of the 2001 season. <br /> that the tent poles will be removed at the end of the 2001 season. j <br /> that any fees owed to the Town of Mashpee including, but not limited to,Private <br /> Duty Police Detail and the Board of Selectmen, are paid up to date. <br /> 9. that the Petitioner must request release of the Performance Security in writing to the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals office after final inspection and approval by the Building <br /> Commissioner. <br /> j II <br /> I!'
