Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, ! I� <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 3 and August 10, <br /> 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> I <br /> The Board received a letter dated August 8, 2001 from Cape & IslandsI <br /> Engineering on behalf of the Petitioner for a continuance of the Petition to allow for <br /> Conservation Commission approval. The Board voted unanimously to continue the II' <br /> it <br /> Petition until September 12 2001. The September 12, 2001 Public Hearings were iF <br /> canceled due to the national tragedy that occurred on September 11, 2001. A Public <br /> Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, September <br /> 19,2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Edward M. I r <br /> Y <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> l <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> I <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that <br /> plans all for demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of a new <br /> four-bedroom home. The proposal calls for lot coverage to increase from 14%to 23.9%. <br /> Mr. Govoni read several letters from neighbors in approval of the proposal and f I' <br /> �I' <br /> one letter from an abutter, Mr. Dermot O'Donnell, in opposition to the proposal.
