Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, 'I <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 3 and August 10, <br /> 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> I � <br /> The Board received a letter dated August 8, 2001 from Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering on behalf of the Petitioner for a continuance of the Petition to allow for <br /> p <br /> Conservation Commission approval. The Board voted unanimously to continue the <br /> Petition until September 12, 2001. The September 12, 2001 Public Hearings were <br /> canceled due to the national tragedy that occurred on September 11, 2001. A Public <br /> � I <br /> Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, September <br /> 19,2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were <br /> II <br /> present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson and Zella E. <br /> Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of !'I <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> � illy i <br /> stated that plans call for demolition of the existing five-bedroom dwelling to be replaced j <br /> with construction of a new four-bedroom home.
