Mr. Sanicki indicated that the entire II <br /> area was thought to be part of the New Seabury Special Permit and that the subject <br /> property was excluded from the Special Permit. He said that the Board has granted <br /> • I; <br /> Variances on other properties in the neighborhood. <br /> III <br /> Mr. Sanicki submitted a copy of the extensive landscaping plan. <br /> The Board of Health has approved installation of a new septic system. There is no <br /> proposed increase in bedrooms. The Conservation Commission has also approved the <br /> project. <br /> d <br /> No comments were <br /> received from abutters. <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant the following: <br /> • a Variance of 20.5 feet from the front setback requirements.
