Mashpee Zoning Minutes— September 12, 2001 g <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4 5 6 and <br /> submission of copy of a license for the existing n dock. Mr. Guerrera seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br /> lil <br /> Michael & Susan Lemish—Request a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Great River on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 42 Great River Road (Map 120 Parcel 71) <br /> Mashpee, MA. �;II <br /> Sitting: Robert G. Nelson, Zella E. Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> i <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that <br /> the original plan has been modified. The Harbormaster required that the construction be <br /> shortened and the Shellfish Constable asked for "stops"to be added to the bottom of the <br /> proposed floats. The Conservation Commission has approved the proposal. J <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> I <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. <br /> Mr. Borgeson seconded.
