Mashpee Zoning Ernest S. Virgilio SP-01-129 2 j <br /> Board of Appeals j <br /> i <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CRITERIA—Section 174-25.I.12 <br /> Manufactured home as construction office. Upon issuance of a special permit, j <br /> a manufactured home or trailer may be used at a construction site for a period of not <br /> I i <br /> more than six (6) months, except that the Building Inspector may extend the permission <br /> for additional six-month successive periods while construction is continuing. The <br /> manufactured home or trailer may be used and occupied by a resident guard or caretaker, j <br /> provided that it is connected to a septic system and water supply as approved by the <br /> Board of Health. <br /> j <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> I j <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on December <br /> 12, 2001 to grant a Special Permit to allow for a trailer to be parked on the property <br /> located at 127 Whippoorwill Circle for a 6-month period.
