Town of Mashpee <br /> MASUPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS 16 Great JVeck Xoad JVorth <br /> w Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Mashpee Industrial Park Realty Trust SP-99-97 64 Industrial Drive <br /> Map 88 Block 34 <br /> A Petition was filed on September 24, 1999 by Mashpee Industrial Park Realty <br /> Trust of Brewster, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.D. 1-5, <br /> 174-25.G. 1-10 and 174-25.H.6 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct an <br /> 80' by 160' by 20' commercial building on property located in an I-1 zoning district at <br /> 64 Industrial Drive(Map 88 Block 34) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Paul deRuyter, <br /> Trustee). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 8 and October 15, <br /> 1999, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 27, 1999, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson <br /> and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. William Currie represented the applicant and stated that the Special Permit <br /> granted by the Board in 1996 on the subject property had expired in 1998. Mr. Curry <br /> informed the Board that the building will be 60 ` x 160' x 20'. He changed the plans to <br /> reflect the correct measurements. Mr. Currie submitted site and landscape plans and <br /> II stated that the footprint has been slightly decreased to 9600 square feet. The modules <br /> would consist of single 1200 square feet, double modules of 2400 or triple modules of <br /> 3600 square feet. Mr. Currie submitted photos of a project he has recently constructed. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
