Town of Mashpee <br /> ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS 16 Great JVeck load JVorth <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Decision for Minor Modification to a Variance and a Special Permit <br /> RE: Edward&Martha Palank V-92-29 181 Daniels Island Road <br /> SP-92-28 Map 100 Block 39 <br /> A Petition was filed on March 16, 1992 by Edward and Martha Palank of <br /> Bedford,New Hampshire for a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the setback requirements on property located <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 181 Daniels Island Road(Map 100 Block 39)Mashpee, MA. <br /> A Petition was filed on March 16, 1992 by Edward and Martha Palank of <br /> Bedford, New Hampshire for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to expand a non-conforming structure with the addition of a <br /> deck on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 181 Daniels Island Road(Map 100 <br /> Block 39) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on April 22, 1992 to grant the Variance and Special Permit. <br /> A request was filed on October 20, 1999 by Edward and Martha Palank of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a minor modification to the above-referenced Variance <br /> V-92-29 and Special Permit SP-92-28. The applicants propose to screen in the deck. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the project. <br /> At the Public Hearings on October 27, 1999 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously to grant the minor modification to the Variance V-92-29 and Special Permit <br /> SP-92-28. <br /> IN FAVOR: <br /> Robert G.
