r., <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great JVeck load Arth <br /> �y'�AOIL`w'�1y lYMashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Dunkin' Donuts - Amancio Correia- SP-97-26 401 Main St. (Route 130) <br /> Map 28, Block 10 <br /> A Petition was filed on February 20, 1998 by Dunkin' Donuts - Amancio S. <br /> Correia- for Special Permit Relief in accordance with Sections 174-E,1, 174-25.E.2 and <br /> 174-25.H.6 for a Donut and Coffee Shop with accessory drive-thru window and one retail <br /> store on property located in a C-2 Zoning District at 401 Main Street (Map 28, Block 10) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> -Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 7 and March 14, 1997, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 26, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. At that time, the Petitioner requested that the <br /> matter be continued to permit him to modify plans and his proposal based upon issues <br /> raised by the Design Review Committee and by Departments commenting on said <br /> proposal. Said Public Hearing was continued on April 23,May 14 and reopened on May <br /> 28, 1997, continued to June 25 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and <br /> Michael A. Makunas. At that time the Board of Appeals deferred any action on the permit <br /> request and continued the Hearing to engage a Traffic Consultant, Said Consultant was <br /> engaged and the Hearing continued with the assent of the Petitioner to July 23, September <br /> 24, October 22, 1997, March 11, March 25 and May 13, 1998. <br />
