" 7a <br />There being no Board questions or public comments regarding <br />this amendment, the Chairman entertained a motion to recommend. <br />MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to recommend this <br />Article for Town Meeting approval; which Motion was seconded by <br />Patrick Coffey and so voted unanimously. (Voting in favor were <br />Martine Meijering, Patrick Coffey, Dennis Balzarini, Anthony <br />Ferragamo and Robert Govoni.) <br />The Chairman: Amendment to the Zoning By -Law Section 174- <br />25.1 adding artist studios to use as allowed as customary home <br />occupations, authorizing certain residential accessory uses in <br />commercial and industrial districts and allowing home occupations <br />and contractor/artisan use of residential buildings in industrial <br />districts - Article 31 on the Warrant. <br />(Patrick Coffey left the room at 8:30 p.m.) <br />There being no Board questions or public comments regarding <br />this amendment, the Chairman entertained a motion to recommend. <br />MOTION: Robert Govoni made a Motion to recommend this <br />Article for Town Meeting approval; which Motion was seconded by <br />Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. Board Member, Patrick Coffey was not present for the <br />Vote.) <br />The Chairman: Additions to the Zoning By -Law Sections 174- <br />46 and 47 requiring evidence that OSID of cluster development <br />open space has been deeded to the Town or that deed restrictions <br />have been recorded be submitted to the Planning Board and <br />Building Inspector before any building permits are issued for <br />that development - Article 32 on the Warrant. <br />There being no Board questions or public comments regarding <br />this amendment, the Chairman entertained a motion to recommend. <br />MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to recommend this <br />Article for Town Meeting approval; which Motion was duly seconded <br />and so voted unanimously. (voting in favor were Martine <br />Meijering, Dennis Balzarini, Anthony Ferragamo and Robert Govoni. <br />Board Member, Patrick Coffey was not present for the Vote.) <br />The Chairman: An Amendment to the Zoning By -Law Section <br />174-24 submitted by the Board of Selectmen replacing the title <br />"Waterways Committee" with "Waterways Commission" - Article 36 on <br />the Warrant. <br />Thomas Fudala explained that this is a housekeeping article <br />to change the records to Zoning from "Committee" to "Commission." <br />At one time it was also known as "The Inland and Coastal <br />Waterways Committee." <br />-12- <br />
